Refund policy

We will gladly except returns on NON customized products. Customized products are as follows: Tee Colors NOT on the order page, design colors NOT on the order page, orders made with add ons, custom orders, orders with names or dates. Returns MUST be made within 5 business days of receiving the item. If there is a shop error, return postage will be provided! USPS or UPS being delayed is NOT a shop error.  If you are returning an item for another reason, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost. Items MUST be in new and unused, unworn condition. If items have been worn or used a return will not be accepted. Thank you so much for your understanding!

 

                                              TURN AROUND TIME

Current turn around time is 24 business days for. Turn around time does not include the first day of your order, weekends, or holidays. If order was placed on a weekend, count the 2nd business day as the first day for tat.

 

 

                                                    MATERIALS USED

All shirts are screen printed and sublimation unless a custom order is requested. Custom orders may be vinyl, unless screen print or sublimation can be done. Tshirts will be the follow brands: Bella Canvas, Jerzees, Kavio, Glidan depending on design. But the majority of adult tees will be bella canvas unisex and kids kavio unisex.
